CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bloom, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we require the following: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours, 30% of your scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. • No-Show Appointments: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. Please be mindful that last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time slot to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
